Hi Everyone,
After leaving HK in second form at KGV, we returned to NZ and settled again in Auckland. I finished secondary school there after initially getting crucified for my British accent ( much diminshed now but NZers still ask where I am from..). Went on to physiotherapy school and worked throughout my 20's off and on to support a competitive sailing career. Lived in San Diego for two years, and was fortunate to do alot of travelling with competitions overseas which allowed me to re-visit HK twice in '88 and '94.
To use Esther's term (love it!), there were a few 'rubbish men' along the way and finally found a good one! Slade is a professional rugbyplayer, and after having retired two years ago in NZ, he then got a call with an opportunity to 'un-retire' and live in France. So we are here in Lyon with our two children Sophie 4, and Bruno 2 .
I can't wait to see everyone in London in October!
